Return Policy

If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them within 30 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. Once returned, you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer our customers a refund for the original postage. We are also not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in their original condition. So, please, make sure you try the received products in a well-conditioned environment so that you guarantee the goods are preserved in perfect selling order if returning. All return packages must be sent with a traceable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for damaged or lost items in the return transit.

How to return an order

You may return your order through this link. We need your order number, the item(s) you want to return and the reasons why you are returning the product. After this step your order must be returned to us via a courrier or of your choice.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. The value on your refund will be equal to the value of the item(s) you are returning only. If you are outside the E.U. make sure to send your item accompanied by the due temporary export paperwork - make sure to inform yourself with your local courrier.

How to exchange an order

We can only exchange items for different sizes. If you wish to get a size smaller or bigger than your original order, please exchange your item(s) through this link. You need to inform us your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the size you wish to get.

After that, we will check availability of stock for your exchange size and inform you accordingly. If there are conditions to proceed with the exchange you will be asked to return the item(s) to us, if possible accompanied by a copy of the invoice. For this, you may return the item by ship using any carrier of your choice.

Once we receive the item, we will check its condition. After that, please, allow for at least 2-7 working days to receive your exchange size.
